The Team
James and Danielle
We have always had a passion for dogs and their wellbeing. We were both brought up with family dogs from a young age and we only lasted a few weeks in our own home before getting our four legged family member, Roxy, 12 years ago.
MRC Quality Foods started out much differently, as a dog waste removal company called Daddy Doo's! After success with Daddy Doo's we decided to add hypoallergenic dog food delivery to our service. With a much better (and cleaner!) work life balance with the dog food delivery we decided to focus on our new venture and MRC Quality Foods was born!
Danielle's background career as a chef she always had a passion and belief in eating good food & eating well, so why shouldn't our furry family friend Roxy? When buying the usual pet shop dog food in lovely, big colourful branded bags we noticed Roxy had some behavioural issues, skin concerns and a take it or leave it attitude towards her meal times. So we done our research and quickly learned what makes a complete and healthy dog diet, we noticed when we changed Roxy to our High Meat Wheat Free and oils we were amazed how quickly her skin cleared up, she became a calmer dog (less zoomies around the living room!) and her take it or leave it attitude towards her food left. She got excited when we lifted her dog bowl and devoured every bite - happy dog, happy wife, happy life!
James has always been a hard working, happy, positive person which comes across in MRC Quality Foods . He has worked tirelessly with different local, award winning manufactures and suppliers to create an exclusive range of quality foods, oils & treats. After a couple of years of James making local dog deliveries (sometimes not so local!) we secured a contract with DHL to offer next day delivery to NI and standard delivery to GB. James has been working hard to gain new stockists, our small family run business MRC Quality Foods will in a pet shop near you soon!!
